Return Period: Customers have 30 days from the date of receiving their item to request a return.

 

Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

• It must be in the same condition as received.
• It should be unworn or unused.
• It must have all tags attached.
• It should be in its original packaging.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Initiating a Return: Customers can initiate a return by contacting us at info@voltathleticwear.com. (Please ensure you have your order number as the subject) The return address provided is PO Box 1049, Narellan NSW 2567.

Return Process:

• If the return is accepted, we will email you with instructions on how and where to send the package.
• It's emphasized that returns must be requested before sending the item back, items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for covering the expenses associated with returning the products.

 Customer Responsibility: Until the returned item(s) are received by the company's facility, they remain the customer's property and responsibility. This means customers should ensure the package is safely and securely shipped, possibly using a trackable shipping method for added security.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Sale Items & Gift Cards
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items (unless faulty) or gift cards.

Exchanges
Condition of the Item: The item must be in the same condition as when it was received, which means it should be unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. This ensures that the item is suitable for resale

Out of Stock Items: If the item you want to exchange for is not available in stock, instead of a direct exchange, you will receive store credit. This credit will be equivalent to the value paid for the original item, excluding any shipping fees that may have been charged.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically issued with store credit.
